FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS: After placing your order, any digital products purchased will be emailed to you within a few minutes! Due to the immediate delivery of digital products, refunds are unavailable. However, if you have any issue with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out so I can resolve your issue!
FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. For custom cutters, please allow up to 10 business days processing time before shipping. All sales are final, but if you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out about it so it can be resolved!
DO YOU OFFER PICK UP? Yes! Pick up is available in Maple Ridge, BC.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND WITH WHICH COURIERS? Shipping is available worldwide! All orders are shipped with tracking included, and, depending on your location, will be shipped with either FedEx, Purolator, or UPS.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING? Yes! Free shipping within Canada is available for orders over $60 CAD, and free shipping to the USA is available for orders over $65 CAD (approx. $47 USD). Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for other countries at this time.
WHAT ABOUT THE TARIFFS (FOR SHIPMENTS HEADING TO THE USA)? At this time, I'm absorbing these costs (Duties Delivered Paid) and shipping all parcels to the USA using "guaranteed rates". The decision for me to cover these additional costs is due largely in part to your support of my digital products such as classes & workbooks! Because there is no shipping or additional labour/manufacturing involved with digital products, I can justify this cut into my profit. If anything changes with regards to this, you'll be notified via my newsletter!
