WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND WITH WHICH COURIERS?  Shipping is available worldwide! All orders are shipped with tracking included, and, depending on your location, will be shipped with Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, or UPS.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING? Yes! Free shipping within Canada is available for orders over $60 CAD, and free shipping to the USA is available for orders over $65 CAD (approx. $47 USD). Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for other countries at this time.

UPDATED: WHAT ABOUT THE TARIFFS (FOR SHIPMENTS HEADING TO THE USA)? In August, 2026, a new US tariff on Canadian-origin goods has come into effect. This tariff is a whopping 50% and affects nearly everything, including CUSMA-qualified goods. Before August 2026, my Canadian-made cookie cutters have been exempt from duties under CUSMA (Canadian-United States-Mexico Agreement) free trade deal. Unfortunately, this is now no longer the case and any shipments headed to the USA will be charged these duties (as well as the normal shipping, processing and brokerage fees). As of this time, I am no longer able to offer free shipping to the USA, and starting on Wednesday, you will likely see a rather hefty "Duties" charge at checkout, in addition to my flat rate shipping fee (p.s. any additional processing and courier brokerage fees will still be covered by me). Rest assured, I am making no profit off of this; all tariffs & duties charged at checkout are paid to the US government. As usual, all digital purchases (classes, recipes, STL files, etc) incur no shipping fees or additional duties. Shipping within Canada and to other international countries is unaffected.
