Ridiculously good recipe! Everyone loved these cookies. We just kept “snacking” on them. I’m about to make them again….
Was so happy to know this recipe was available because I saw lucie make them on the food network show and I was intrigued.
These are the most delicious cookies ever!!! Highly recommend!! If you love apple, you need these cookies in your life!! We made these with caramel bits and they were so so good! (Recommend using parchment paper for baking, they stick to your baking sheet otherwise and are hard to remove.)
Loved this recipe! So tasty, and I can't wait for my cookie-receivers to get to taste it. The only issue I had was that there wasn't a measurement for the caramel chips, so I had to wing that (I used 1 cup), but otherwise, great recipe!
