Each Alphabet cutter comes with 3 pieces - a chubby outer perimeter cutter, the Letter cutter (which can be used as a stamp when paired with the chubby perimeter cutter), and a dough pusher, which should be used with the Letter cutter to pop a delicate Letter cookie out easily!
